I’m Juanita Lowery, the Leader Agent & Founder of REAP by J . Lowery, a training and business development program for newly l I censed real estate agents. In the effort to support you and your real estate career, J . Lowery & Associates, LLC has developed the Real Estate Apprentice Program (REAP) to guide you through the many facets of a real estate transaction and to coach you in developing the skills you need to be successful in your real estate career. The goal of this program is to assist you in your personal and professional growth through increased production.

J. Lowery and Associates, LLC REAP program would like to help everyone who desires to succeed in their business. Therefore, we have created three packages to fit your budget and needs of your business. Let’s review the packages below:

REAP

The enrolled REAP agent will learn how to lead generate, convert leads to active buyers or sellers, pack their pipeline.

REAP with Seeds

The REAP with seeds benefits includes everything in the basic REAP program with business planning and leads to help boost your business.

REAP w/Seeds Support

REAP with Seeds Support offers all basic package benefits, leads to boost your business, the agents business plan, and one-on-one guidance, and coaching through each transaction while enrolled in the program. We are with you every step of the way!

EXPECTATION #5

Communicate with Agent weekly, individually or in a Group Coaching to offer support and encouragement

Payment Policies

Please note: Payment is due prior to the first session. Financial Agreement for Agents in REAP: The Agent is responsible to pay J. Lowery & Associates, LLC compensation. Agent agrees to pay the monthly fee at least 60 days in advance each month. The first payment will be a 60-day fee, with a monthly fee following thereafter. If applicable: For REAP with Seeds Support ONLY: Compensation from closed transactions is due within 5 days upon settlement of the Agent’s transactions which shall commence with the first or next pending settlement and continue until settlement of the last transaction executed even if the Agent has completed the Coaching Program.

GENERAL The Coach agrees to make a reasonable effort to be available to the Agent for all purposes above. The Coach further agrees that all discussions or information exchanged with the Coach shall be considered confidential. AGENTS ENROLLED IN REAP WITH SEEEDS SUPPORT In return for coaching and support, J. Lowery & Associates, LLC shall be compensated 10% of the total gross commission earned by Agent. This compensation shall be paid by Agent and not by Market Center/Broker upon settlement of the Agent’s transactions which shall continue until the expiration of the contract and settlement of the last transaction executed during the contractual period, even if the Agent has completed the Coaching Program. REFUNDS There will be no refunds given under no circumstances. Our program is designed for the agent to pre-pay for services. In the event, the Agent wants to cancel, The agent will simply notify J. Lowery & Associates, LLC in writing and the last 60 days of service will be fulfilled and charges stopped.

Agent Coaching Contract Termination Terms Agent/Coach’s contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice pertinent to the role – see ‘Termination’ In each role – to the other party, except for non-performance against Minimum Standards (See expectations). Upon termination, Leads obtained from the coaching program will belong to the agent. Agent understands that Coaches compensation will be due at least 5 days after leads transactions closes. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Agent shall return to Coach all property, documentation, records, or Confidential Information which is the property of the Coach. Should the agreement be terminated, commissions will be paid on contracts closed to, and until, the termination date of this contract, or other work completed on contracts closed up to, and until, the termination date of this contract. Termination may be immediate for actions deemed by the Coach or J. Lowery & Associates, LLC. to be misconduct, Note that the first 14 days after signing this contract is a ‘trial’ period for both parties and may be canceled at the end of that period. During and after the term of this contract, the Agent shall confirm such assignment by executing and delivering such assignments or other instruments and take any action necessary to enable the Coach to secure, protect, enforce and defend its copyrights in such data and/or content.
